01Organiser and campaign status
The TT Spin & Win campaign is organised by TT Design & Concepts. Campaign dates, eligible locations, active rewards and fulfilment limits are published on the campaign page or within the verified campaign interface. The campaign may be changed, paused or cancelled where required by law, platform rules, security or operational circumstances.
Regulatory conditionThe campaign will operate subject to any required registration, filing, approval or direction from the appropriate consumer-protection or regulatory authority.
02Eligibility
Unless a campaign notice says otherwise, entry is open to persons aged 18 or older who can lawfully participate. Employees, contractors directly administering the draw and persons involved in manipulating or testing the public campaign are not eligible for public rewards.
TT may restrict entry by country, delivery location, service eligibility, sanctions, legal requirements or practical fulfilment limits.
03How to enter
No purchase is required unless a specific campaign notice lawfully states otherwise. A participant enters by submitting a valid email, accepting the campaign terms, completing email verification and taking the single unlocked spin.
- Campaign consent is required to administer the entry.
- Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately.
- Incomplete, unverifiable, automated, duplicate or suspicious entries may be rejected.
04One verified entry and fair play
Each person is limited to one verified public entry for the campaign. TT may use email, device, browser, network and security signals to prevent duplicate or abusive participation. These checks are used for campaign integrity and are not a promise that every attempt can be uniquely identified.
Attempting to bypass entry controls, automate spins, alter requests, manipulate code, use false details or interfere with the campaign may result in disqualification and cancellation of related rewards.
05Reward selection and probabilities
Rewards are selected by a server-side weighted draw from the active rewards configured at the time of the spin. Visual wheel segments do not necessarily represent probability by physical size. The result saved on the TT server is the official result.
- The displayed $5 project credit is a limited reward and is not cash.
- A “Try Again” result has no monetary value and does not provide a second public spin.
- Weights, stock and eligibility may be adjusted before entry periods, but a completed recorded result will not be changed merely because a participant prefers another reward.
06Current reward categories
Current categories may include a $5 TT project credit, service discount, free T-shirt, mini audit, free flyer, Affiliate Boost, free souvenir and Try Again. The campaign interface and official WordPress settings show the rewards active for a particular entry period.
Reward descriptions, weights and approximate chances are informational and may be rounded. Where stock or eligibility prevents fulfilment, TT may offer a reasonably comparable alternative where lawful and appropriate.
07Claim process and deadlines
Eligible results are attached to the verified entry and a signed claim token. The participant must use the official claim page, provide accurate fulfilment details and claim before the deadline shown in the result email or campaign settings.
- The reward field and code are locked and cannot be changed by the participant.
- TT may request identity, eligibility, address, business or project information reasonably required for fulfilment.
- Failure to claim, respond or provide required information by the deadline may cause the reward to expire.
09Personal data and marketing
TT uses entry information to verify participation, secure the campaign, record the result, communicate the claim and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are sent only where the participant gives separate optional consent, and that consent may be withdrawn.
Security records may include salted or keyed hashes of device and network signals rather than keeping unnecessary raw identifiers. Retention depends on campaign administration, claims, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
10Administrative testing
Authorised TT administrators may use a private test mode to test the wheel, rewards, claim routes and integrations repeatedly. Test spins are not public entries, do not consume public reward stock, do not create public claims and are excluded from public campaign reporting.
11Availability, errors and liability
TT does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the campaign. Where a verified entry is affected by a confirmed technical error, TT may restore the entry, reissue a secure link, rerun the draw administratively or take another fair corrective action. Screenshots, browser animations or locally altered pages do not override the server record.
To the extent permitted by law, TT is not responsible for losses caused by email filtering, inaccurate participant details, unsupported devices, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control.
12Disqualification, changes and governing law
TT may disqualify entries or cancel rewards connected to fraud, abuse, false information, prohibited conduct or legal restrictions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Questions or complaints should be sent to hello@ttdesignconcepts.com with the verified email and reward code where applicable.
