01Overview and consent
This policy explains how TT Design & Concepts uses cookies, local storage, signed tokens, pixels and similar browser technologies. A cookie is a small file or value stored by a website to remember information or support a feature. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent because the requested service cannot function securely without them. Analytics, advertising and similar non-essential technologies should be activated only according to the choices provided by the website consent tool.
03Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies enable core features such as WordPress sessions, administrator security, WooCommerce carts, authenticated affiliate dashboards, form protection, signed reward claims and one-entry campaign controls. Blocking them may prevent login, checkout, downloads, campaign participation or secure form submission.
04Functional and preference technologies
Functional storage may remember selected services, saved Brand Builder details, language, display preferences, a partially completed form or chatbot choices. These features improve convenience but are not used to sell personal data.
05Analytics and performance
Where analytics is enabled, it may collect page views, referral source, approximate location, browser, device category, interaction events and performance information. We aim to use aggregated or pseudonymous settings and to avoid collecting form contents or passwords through analytics.
06Marketing and social media
Marketing technologies may measure a campaign or help display relevant TT promotions. Embedded Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or similar content may allow the relevant platform to receive technical information under its own privacy policy. Marketing cookies should not be set before the required consent is obtained.
07Affiliate attribution
When a visitor uses an affiliate link or referral code, TT Affiliate Suite, SliceWP or WooCommerce may store a referral identifier for the configured attribution period. The identifier connects a future enquiry or purchase to an affiliate. It does not allow the affiliate to see a customer’s password, payment details or confidential project information.
08Campaign and anti-abuse controls
Spin & Win uses a verified email, signed device cookie, local token and server-side risk controls to enforce the campaign rules, record a result and protect claims. These controls are necessary for the integrity and security of the campaign. We may store a hashed network signal rather than the full network address where appropriate.
09WooCommerce, accounts and downloads
WooCommerce and account cookies may remember cart contents, customer sessions, login status, recently viewed products and authorised download access. Payment gateways may set their own cookies when their checkout or verification tools are used.
10How to manage choices
Use the website cookie settings to accept, reject or change non-essential categories. You can also delete cookies through your browser. Blocking all storage may break essential functions. Consent choices should be remembered for a reasonable period and requested again when material categories or purposes change.
WordPress launch requirementThe final theme should include a consent banner that blocks non-essential analytics and marketing scripts until the appropriate choice is made.
11Third-party technologies
Hosting, security, payment, email, booking, analytics, social and embedded-media providers may place technologies governed by their own policies. TT will review configured providers during the WordPress launch and list material third parties in the live consent manager where practical.
12Retention and changes
Session technologies normally expire when the browser closes, while preference, security, referral and campaign controls may last longer according to their purpose. Exact durations may change when plugins or providers are updated. We will update this page and the live consent panel when material cookie practices change.
