01Acceptance, eligibility and approval
These Affiliate Programme Terms apply to normal affiliates and, where stated, Affiliate Boost participants. Applying does not guarantee approval. TT may approve, reject, suspend or request additional verification from an applicant.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- Information supplied during registration must be accurate and kept current.
- A full approved affiliate account is required before any payout.
02Normal Affiliate and Affiliate Boost
Normal Affiliates receive an account, dashboard, referral link and personal code for ongoing promotion. Affiliate Boost is a separate campaign-only route connected to a verified Boost code and may provide special guidance, earning opportunities or souvenirs.
Affiliate Boost does not automatically create a permanent affiliate account, guarantee a project, guarantee a minimum earning or override the written quotation issued to a client.
03Referral links, codes and attribution
A referral may be attributed through a valid tracking link, cookie, affiliate code, approved form submission, WooCommerce order or manually verified service lead. TT’s records control attribution where multiple affiliates, devices or codes are involved.
- The affiliate must submit a lead before or promptly after the client first contacts TT.
- Existing TT clients, previously recorded leads and self-referrals are not eligible unless TT approves them in writing.
- Referral cookies and codes have the duration shown in the affiliate dashboard or programme settings.
04Commission rates and approval
Commission rates may differ by service, campaign, product, recurring plan or Affiliate Boost agreement. The rate shown in the dashboard, written offer or referral record applies. A referral is not earned merely because a lead was submitted.
- Commission becomes payable only after TT receives cleared, non-refundable client funds for the eligible transaction.
- Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, charged-back, unpaid or disputed transactions may be rejected or reversed.
- Taxes, bank fees and compliance obligations associated with affiliate earnings are the affiliate’s responsibility.
05Payouts and account verification
Payout timing, minimum thresholds, methods and required identification are displayed in the dashboard or communicated by TT. TT may withhold payment while investigating fraud, duplicate attribution, identity mismatch, client disputes or breach of these terms.
The affiliate must provide correct payout information. TT is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect bank, wallet or payment details supplied by the affiliate.
08Affiliate Boost conditions
A Boost code is personal to the verified campaign email, may expire, may have a usage limit and may be revoked. TT may provide an approved base price or commission opportunity. Any target earning or client price must be agreed before the affiliate presents it as an official TT offer.
Souvenirs are discretionary promotional benefits subject to eligibility, stock, location, delivery practicality and performance milestones. They are not cash substitutes.
09Confidentiality and client data
Affiliates must protect non-public pricing, proposals, access links, client details and project documents. Client information may be shared only with permission and only through approved referral channels. Credentials, payment PINs and recovery codes must never be requested or forwarded.
10Affiliate resources and licences
Portfolio images, flyers, copy and other resources remain owned by TT or their respective owners. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable permission to use approved resources solely to promote TT during active programme participation.
11Suspension, termination and consequences
TT may suspend or terminate an account or Boost code for inactivity, risk, misleading promotion, fraud, reputational harm, non-compliance or business reasons. Valid approved commission earned before termination may remain payable, but fraudulent or prohibited referrals are forfeited.
On termination, the affiliate must stop using TT branding, codes, confidential information and promotional materials.
12Changes, disputes and governing law
TT may change future commission rates, programme rules and resources with notice through the dashboard, email or website. A rate already attached to an approved paid referral will not be reduced retroactively unless the transaction is refunded, reversed or found ineligible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Complaints should first be sent to hello@ttdesignconcepts.com for good-faith resolution.
